Short Term Alternative Training Measures (COVID-19)

Dear Students:

COVID-19

Since learning of the outbreak of COVID-19, the health and well-being of all Ontarians has been our top priority. As this issue has evolved, the Superintendent of MTCU-Private Career College has decided to allow us to accommodate students by offering classroom program via online, distance, or other alternative methods of instruction on a temporary basis. (Please refer to the E-mail dated March 17, 2020 and the letter from the Director of your program).

We understand that many people are becoming increasingly concerned about their health and well-being during this difficult time. We have decided to temporary move our training to online for the period from March 23, 2020 to April 6, 2020 or to the date with the notification by local public health officer that there is no continuing risk to students of contracting COVID-19 by attending their classes.

We encourage you to check following websites to stay informed by regularly reviewing credible sources of information:

Temporary Alternative Training Measures

We will still need to:

  • Monitoring your full-time participation
  • Monitoring academic progression (i.e. weekly reports)
  • You must adhereto the Active Participation Policy and all school policies as it is in-class training
  • You need to check your email regularly for school updates.

Thank you for your attention and we look forward to working with you in the best interests of your academic progress during this difficult time.
